Lecol 7500 Filler is a solution of synthetic material for producing a joint filling material for levelling parquet floors. Using the abrasive dust obtained from sanding parquet. Application: The sanding dust from the sanding process before the final sanding is to be used with Lecol 7500 Filler to be mixed into a smooth paste. The paste must be applied before the final sanding process. The joints must be completely filled. Only once the filler has completely dried can the final sanding process take place. Technical Data: Storage: Not below + 5C, protect from frost. Approx. 6 months at normal room temperature. Packaging: 0,8kg; 5kg and 10kg. General Lecol 5500 is a water-free synthetic resin adhesive. Viscosity: Approx 1200 mPa.s (Brookfield) Specific gravity: Approx. 0,8gm/ltr. In order to avoid differences in colour, only sanding dust of the same wood, from the same floor, should be used. When mixing Lecol 7500 Filler, room and material temperatures should not be below +15C. In cold weather the solution should be tempered in on time. Lecol 7500 Filler should not be mixed at high humidity because of the risk of white colouring in the filler.
